You are the face of guest experience, greeting and directing guests at our resorts. You are responsible for providing a safe, friendly, and efficient experience from base areas, restaurants, and ticket offices.
Job Specifications- Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour

- Meet and greet guests with positive service and enthusiasm.
- Commit to guest satisfaction and resolve problems effectively.
- Answer guest questions and become an expert in resort operations and services.
- Assist other departments as needed: ticket scanning, ticket sales, activities, and operations.
- Help keep base area clean and orderly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain enthusiasm and performance in busy environments.
- Work outdoors, on feet, in all weather conditions for extended periods.
- Work weekends and holidays.
- Previous guest‑service experience preferred.
A Guest Services Attendant works across multiple departments and supports the resort’s all‑in‑one mentality:

- Food and Beverage Support
- Ticket Sales or Scanning
- Lift Operations
- Base Area Operations
