Front Desk Agent – Hilton PEP Experience Required

We're hiring an experienced Front Desk Agent to support a full-service Hilton hotel in Aurora. This temporary position is ideal for someone with hotel front-desk experience who is already familiar with Hilton's PEP property-management system and can step into the operation with minimal training.

• Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs
• Manage reservations, room assignments, payments, and account adjustments
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns
• Answer telephone calls and provide accurate hotel information
• Maintain guest accounts and accurate front-desk records
• Communicate guest needs and operational updates to other hotel departments
• Follow hotel procedures and service standards
• Assist with other front-office responsibilities as needed

• Previous hotel front-desk experience required
• Experience using Hilton's PEP system required
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Comfortable handling payments and guest-account information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to remain professional in a fast-paced guest-service environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a hotel team

Applicants must have both hotel front-desk experience and Hilton PEP experience to be considered.
