GEOINT Analyst
** The Opportunity**:

As a GEOINT Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand and implement the most efficient analytic strategies to acquire and understand the data they require. Using your understanding of various collection platform capabilities and applications, you will help your client develop effective information fusion strategies combining GEOINT with other sources, including SIGINT, ELINT, and MASINT, to develop comprehensive reporting that informs your client and provide them with actionable intelligence.

You’ll validate the information and apply imagery analysis tradecraft as you work to further refine collection strategies and analytic approaches to existing and emerging problem sets for targeteers, warfighters, senior policymakers, internal clients, and the US IC-wide stakeholders. As the authority in your tradecraft, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools.

** You Have:
*** Experience with adapting to real-time mission and responding flexibly and dynamically to ad hoc requests
* Knowledge of Overhead Persistent Infra Red (OPIR) tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, or dissemination processes
* Ability to develop strategies and processes across multiple systems that ensure activities are accomplished in a manner to achieve mission objectives
* Ability to work a rotating shift pattern covering 24/7 mission
* TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
* HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with GEOINT or mission management in operational environments, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with GEOINT or mission management in operational environments

*** Ability to show ingenuity, resourcefulness, and application of highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts
* Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods
* Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
** Clearance:
** Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
