Desktop Support​/PC Deployment Technician

Overview

Contract position based out of Aurora, CO. Fully onsite role.

• Provide daily desktop PC deployment experience and desktop support
• Provide quality phone support to hospital staff in a 24/7 environment on all company supported applications, including documentation, tracking and monitoring of support requests and incidents, and related peripherals and telecommunications systems
• Basic troubleshooting for Windows and Apple devices, basic troubleshooting of mobile devices, network troubleshooting and Microsoft applications
• Deploying devices and Active Directory management

• Onsite Desktop Services Support

• SCCM / MECM
• PXE Boot Imaging
• Standard hardware support
• Cable management

• Networking skills (Cisco Telecom, VLAN, Port Patching, Akkadian)
• AV Systems (Lenovo Hubs)
• iPhone/iPad support (JAMF) – JAMF experience is nice to have but not required; largely collaborating with other teams to build, assemble and deploy phones
• Desktop Refresh – experience with building, deploying, and ensuring issue-free refresh projects or large-scale deployments
• SCCM Imaging – general imaging knowledge and managing groups; familiarity with Active Directory (infrastructure not required)
