- Maintain systems written in Java/Spring and .NET/ASP.NET Core.
- Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (preferred) and/or Cloud Formation/CDK; create reusable modules, environment strategies, and Git based pipelines for app and infra provisioning.

- Champion observability—structured logging, metrics, traces, and SLO/SLA patterns using Cloud Watch, Cloud Watch Logs Insights, X Ray, and others.
- Provide hands‑on help to systems and operations team when selecting and configuring cloud resources
- Provide hands‑on guidance in testing of solutions across all areas
- Contribute to audits such as SOC2 and Security

- Guide service decomposition, domain boundaries, and data contracts across Low Code, Java and .NET services.
- Utilize AWS and/or Low Code target architectures for new products, platform capabilities, and modernization initiatives.
- Provide hands‑on help with data modeling

- Translate technical strategy into business outcomes; communicate clearly with executives, product managers, engineers, and vendors.
- Mentor engineers and champion engineering excellence across application, data, content and sysops teams.
- Partner with data and content solution teams to select and implement fit‑for‑purpose technologies, including relational and No
SQL data stores (Aurora, Postgre
SQL, SQL Server, Dynamo
DB), S3-based data lakes, caching strategies, and document management systems. - Provide hands‑on support for data modeling, configuration of ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue and Informatica, and implementation of document management tools and workflows.
