Service Now Engineer
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Service Now Engineer to support a classified Intelligence program in Aurora, CO. The team is seeking a software engineering professional who is familiar with SaaS platforms such as Service Now, to assist with the expansion of workflows and backend applications for the agencies CSOC analysis cell.
Clearance:
Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph Clearance
Location:
Aurora, CO (100% onsite)
- Design and implement Service Now enhancements leveraging core platform features
- Build applications through configuration, reporting, and data migration activities as needed
- Identify and deliver best‑practice solutions that meet client business requirements
- Develop custom functionality and integrate third‑party systems
- Conduct unit testing and remediate defects in developed code
- Promote code updates through environments and deploy changes to production
- Support the creation of technical designs and related documentation
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to develop Service Now solutions aligned with business needs
- Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph required to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline and 5+ years of software engineering experience
- IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) certification required
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript)
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL/CentOS/Debian) and its fundamentals
- Experience developing Service Catalog and Service Now workflows
- Total compensation based on experience level - $120,000-$140,000+
based on years of experience - Full Benefits: PTO, 11 Paid Holidays, Cigna Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401k with ADP
