We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Systems Test Engineer
, supporting one of our premier programs in our Mission Solutions business unit. In Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) we integrate, verify, and validate our products and your knowledge with regards to developing plans and procedures, debugging and evaluating system functions and interfaces, developing test environments, and working hand-in-hand with our integration teams and customers will be put to good use.

The work is on-site in Aurora, CO.

• In this role, you will work with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers who are leading the industry in ground systems solutions.
• Conduct integration and test activities as a member of an Agile Release Train (ART) team.
• Identify technical issues during software and hardware integration and collaborate with fellow engineers to drive solutions to closure.
• Develop automated test scripts and execute them.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues.
• Work in an Agile program environment.
• Active DoD TS to Start with Ability to Obtain Special Access.

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with systems integration and test for a software product in an Agile environment, including regression testing, test scripting, and/or test automation tools.
• Experience with hands-on Integration and Test engineering.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging a software-based system or product.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued DoD TS is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Experience with test automation tools (Cucumber, Gherkin).
• Experience working within a CI/CD environment, Experience working in a Satellite Ground System development or operations environment.
• Experience in project domain (e.g., mission management ground systems, space-based platforms).
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), Experience with Java, C++, Python, Perl, Linux operating system, Cloud environments.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of resources (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
