Financial Data Analyst (Hybrid – Colorado)

Location: Colorado residents only
Schedule: Hybrid | 4‑day, 40‑hour week (Mon–Thurs)

A Colorado-based organization is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to manage and optimize financial master data across multiple systems. This role works closely with Finance, IT, and operational teams to support data integrity, system integrations, reporting, and KPI development.

• Maintain, reconcile, and govern master financial data across ERP and planning systems
• Develop documentation and procedures for data workflows
• Support integrations and data automation in collaboration with IT and external partners
• Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs using financial and operational data
• Document KPI logic, data sources, and reporting standards
• Contribute to data warehousing, AI analytics exploration, and process improvements

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in financial analysis or data governance
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Strong Excel and data modeling skills
• Familiarity with ERP or financial systems
• Ability to collaborate across departments
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet driving requirements

• Experience with data warehousing or AI analytics tools
• Knowledge of financial data architecture and governance
• Experience with Net Suite or similar platforms
