ICR is seeking a TDNA to conduct analysis of a wide range of systems and communication architectures to assist in the support of intelligence functions, analytics, and cyber investigations. You will analyze DNI and DNR information to generate reportable intelligence, build target profiles, and maintain relevant databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis. This role involves performing persistent target analysis, increasing target knowledge through advanced analytic techniques, identifying intelligence gaps, and evaluating gathered intelligence to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close those gaps.
This includes pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
Required:
- Active Top Secret security clearance with SSBI and SCI eligibility.
- US Citizenship required.
- Years of experience and education:
- 10 years of experience (no degree) OR
- Associate's degree + 8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree + 6 years of experience
- Master's degree + 4 years of experience
- Experience reviewing source reporting and raw intelligence to determine its value, significance, and relevance.
- Ability to communicate assessments in operational-or strategic-level analytic intelligence products and through oral briefings.
Preferred:
- Relevant experience with DX, XKS, SCOUT, TARGETPROFILER, ICON, ROCKSTAR, etc.
- Familiarity with open-source data and collection analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and methodologies in intelligence analysis.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $175,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
