Overview
Real Time Operations Analyst. Serve as an Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) analyst and leverage experience as an operations team member capable of providing operational and strategic support to client missions in a 24/7 shift environment. Perform daily activities, including monitoring system data and optimizing configurations. Perform active collection analysis, including conducting fusion analysis and production coordination, and maintain responsibility for producing intelligence product reports and products in support of mission objectives.
Leverage expertise in the use of computer applications and intelligence automation to support analytical efforts and product development. Communicate clearly when giving instructions to operators and identify, retrieve, and fuse pertinent information for the purposes of disseminating analysis and reporting, and enhancing situational awareness in support of mission objectives, priorities, or operational needs. Work independently or in a team environment and collaborate with others to provide analytic support focused on the development of new exploitation capabilities.
- Monitor system data and optimize configurations.

- Produce intelligence product reports and products in support of mission objectives.
- Support analytical efforts and product development using applications and intelligence automation.
- Communicate instructions clearly to operators and retrieve and fuse pertinent information for dissemination and reporting.
- Contribute to situational awareness to support mission objectives, priorities, or operational needs.
- Work independently or in a team and collaborate to develop new exploitation capabilities.
- Experience adapting to real-time missions and responding flexibly to ad hoc requests.
- Ability to develop strategies and processes across multiple systems to achieve mission objectives.
- Ability to work a rotating 24/7 shift pattern.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience with the Intelligence Community, or 6+ years of experience with the Intelligence Community in lieu of a degree.
- Knowledge of OPIR tasking, collection, processing, exploitation analysis, or dissemination processes.
- Ability to demonstrate ingenuity, resourcefulness, and application of advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts.
- Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, the individual’s education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
