Position Overview: ICR is seeking a Sr. Cloud Developer to manage and enhance an expanding open-stack environment supporting multiple data flows, data visualization tools, and custom machine-learning/predictive analytics. Manage deployments and baseline upgrades using container orchestration technologies to include Docker, Kubernetes, Ranger, and Helm. Maintain System Security Plans deploying operating system and software baseline patches. Demonstrated experience maintaining and deploying Open Source (No

SQL) products that support highly distributed, massively parallel computation needs such as Elasticsearch and Kibana is a plus as is experience with AWS/C2S and Open Stack. Travel to and work on-site at clients both local and non-local. Number of days at client site vary depending on project requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 10 years or Masters with 5 years experience.
• Current DOD Top Secret Clearance and eligible for SCI access, with CI Polygraph.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with others. Current DoD 8570.01-M IAT
• Level 2 certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ or equivalent) or must obtain within six months of hire.
• IDEs/text editors/diff tools:
  Visual Studio, Eclipse, VS Code, Sublime, Notepad++, vim, or emacs
• Cloud Development/Services Platforms:
  Familiarity or willingness to learn AWS/C2S, Open Stack
• Agile Management Tools:
  Jira, Confluence
• Container/Container Management:
  Familiarity or willingness to learn Kubernetes, Rancher, Docker, Helm, Ansible
• Repositories:
  Git Lab
• Security:
  Familiarity with or willingness to learn C5

Salary Range: $123,219 - $236,579
