Systems Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Systems and Desktop Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our client's IT infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. This is a full‑time position but we will consider part‑time. Remote and on‑site work is necessary. Travel to clients within the Denver Metro area is required. You must have your own reliable transportation.

• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for computers, printers, servers and network devices
• Perform system upgrades and migrations
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs
• Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and networks
• Implement security measures to protect data and systems

• Previous experience in IT services or consulting
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Strong knowledge of Computer Science principles
• Familiarity with Computer Management tools
• Ability to vaticinate future IT needs and trends
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11, Office applications and Office 365
• Certification in relevant IT fields or College degree in related IT fields required

• Proficiency with Windows Server 2012 – 2022
• Proficiency with MAC OSX and/or Linux
• Working knowledge of Azure AD, Intune and Share Point
• Experience implementing and maintaining firewalls, routers and switches (Checkpoint, Sonic
  
  WALL, Cisco)
