Position Overview

ITSC is seeking an Integration Engineer to support the FORGE program by proactively identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex system and ground integration challenges. This role provides journeyman-level expertise supporting system- and segment-level integration planning and execution to ensure capabilities are delivered within required cost, schedule, and performance constraints.

The Integration Engineer plays a key role in protecting system baselines while supporting agile deliveries, coordinating integration events, executing tests, and facilitating collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

Impact of the Role

The Integration Engineer directly impacts the successful delivery of FORGE capabilities by ensuring integration activities are well planned, well executed, and do not introduce unintended risk to operational baselines. This role helps maintain mission readiness, schedule integrity, and cybersecurity compliance while enabling agile development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify and resolve complex integration issues across the FORGE program

* Develop and maintain ground integration plans and recommend integration solutions

* Support planning and execution of system- and segment-level integration tasks

* Manage integration events, schedules, and coordination activities

* Develop test plans and procedures and execute tests to validate integration outcomes

* Ensure agile deliveries do not negatively impact established baselines

* Provide subject matter expertise to resolve integration deficiencies

* Support implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for cybersecurity

* Facilitate and participate in integration-related working groups with government and contractor stakeholders

Required Knowledge & Technical Expertise

* FORGE program integration concepts

* Ground system integration planning and execution

* System- and segment-level integration and test activities

* Test planning, procedure development, and test execution

* Agile delivery environments and baseline protection

* Risk Management Framework (RMF) for cybersecurity

* Integration issue analysis and resolution

* Stakeholder coordination and working group facilitation

Qualifications

* Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience supporting DoD, space, or mission system integration efforts

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline

* Demonstrated experience supporting integration planning, execution, and test activities

* Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex integration issues

* Active TS/SCI clearance
