• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering with exposure to systems requirements processes
• Experience with software development and product lifecycle management
• Experience communicating with peers and stakeholders in detailed, technical, and process-oriented fashion
• Experience providing solutions to a variety of technical problems
• Experience analyzing technical documentation
• Experience with Agile processes
• TS/SCI Clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of systems engineering experience or HS Diploma or GED and 14+ years of experience in systems engineering

• Experience in root cause analysis and correction
• Agile Certification

Compensation at Ever Watch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84.14 to $108.18 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of Ever Watch’s total compensation package for employees.
