A growing enterprise organization is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead delivery of large-scale, high-impact technology initiatives across AI/ML platforms, ERP implementations, enterprise systems integration, and modern software delivery. This is a highly technical TPM role focused on end-to-end execution, cross-functional coordination, and enterprise transformation rather than traditional project management.
The ideal candidate will oversee complex programs involving engineering, data, product, infrastructure, security, vendors, and business stakeholders while driving scalable delivery practices, governance, and operational alignment across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities- Lead delivery of AI/ML initiatives including analytics platforms, AI-enabled workflows, enterprise integrations, and operational adoption
- Coordinate data pipelines, model deployment activities, governance processes, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts
- Establish delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across AI and enterprise technology initiatives
- Support enterprise integrations between AI platforms, ERP systems, reporting environments, and operational applications
- Lead full lifecycle ERP and enterprise platform implementations including planning, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
- Coordinate complex data migration and validation activities across multiple systems and business units
- Manage cross-functional dependencies between finance, operations, manufacturing, reporting, and technology teams
- Drive release readiness, integration testing, and operational stabilization efforts
- Lead Agile/Scrum and hybrid SDLC delivery across multiple engineering and operational teams
- Coordinate multi-team releases, vendor activities, dependency management, and risk mitigation
- Partner closely with engineering, architecture, QA, Dev Ops, and infrastructure teams to improve delivery execution and release reliability
- Facilitate executive-level communication, status reporting, escalation management, and governance reviews
- 7+ years leading complex technical programs across enterprise systems, software delivery, ERP, AI/ML, or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience managing enterprise ERP implementations, systems integrations, and cross-functional delivery programs
- Strong understanding of SDLC governance, Agile/Scrum methodologies, testing cycles, and release management
- Technical credibility with the ability to engage engineering, data, architecture, and infrastructure teams
- Experience leading vendor coordination, stakeholder management, and executive steering governance
- Strong communication, organizational, and enterprise delivery leadership skills
- AI/ML, advanced analytics, or enterprise AI platform delivery experience
- ERP platform experience such as Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or similar enterprise ecosystems
- Experience with in manufacturing, construction, operations, supply chain, or industrial environments
- Exposure to cloud platforms, Dev Ops, CI/CD, enterprise reporting, or systems integration initiatives
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or related certifications preferred
