- Provides level one technical support to users experiencing hardware or software issues.
- Assigns support tickets to IT Support and serves as the primary conduit for Help Desk calls and tickets.
- Sets up and updates all company iPads.
- Answers Help Desk calls and puts in tickets.
- Handles password resets.
- Performs DBS user changes and additions.
- Tracks PC and iPad assets.
- Responsible for recycling.
- Conducts quality control audits of PCs going out.
- Tracks computer requests and assigns to available technicians.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of administrative/clerical experience.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Customer service, communication, and reasoning skills.
- Data entry and organizational skills.
- Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing.
- Can occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Quiet indoor environment.
