• Provides level one technical support to users experiencing hardware or software issues.
• Assigns support tickets to IT Support and serves as the primary conduit for Help Desk calls and tickets.
• Sets up and updates all company iPads.
• Answers Help Desk calls and puts in tickets.
• Handles password resets.
• Performs DBS user changes and additions.
• Tracks PC and iPad assets.
• Responsible for recycling.
• Conducts quality control audits of PCs going out.
• Tracks computer requests and assigns to available technicians.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of administrative/clerical experience.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Customer service, communication, and reasoning skills.
• Data entry and organizational skills.

• Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing.
• Can occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• Quiet indoor environment.
