Key Responsibilities:
Technical and Operational Support
* Setup and staff events, classes, and meetings.
* Respond to technical support in our classrooms and event spaces
* Train and assist our users on our standard AV technology
Customer Support
* Ensure that every event runs smoothly
* Work with our customers from pre-event meetings through day of event support
* Build and develop relationships with customers and IT partners across campus
Work Location:
Onsite - This role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO
