Job Overview

This is a Service Estimator Support position based out of Denver, Colorado. The role includes service support from the time of inquiry to delivery, requiring parts identification, quoting, order confirmation, purchase order receipt, pricing, order processing, and expediting.

Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound customer requests to generate sales of compressed air products, blower/vacuum products and parts.
  • Assisting customers with parts identification and generating service repair quotes, installation quotes and PM agreement quotes to ensure quotes successfully transition to orders.
  • Managing rental fleet including monthly billing, depreciation of assets, and coordinating service intervals on machines.
  • Investigating “Insight” cases on CC360 to determine if a service quote is needed.
  • Managing these orders to ensure delivery schedule is achieved.
  • Acting as key customer contact to provide information throughout the sales cycle from quote through delivery.
  • Mentoring peers and sharing best practices with those less experienced as needed.
  • Managing inventory to stocking levels and ensuring order process is complete and error‑free.
  • Managing outside purchases and product transportation expenses effectively and efficiently.
  • Operating forklift in parts warehouse in compliance.
  • Ensuring all paperwork, purchase orders, etc. are maintained to respond to customer inquiries timely and meet internal process requirements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • 2+ years in service or mechanical experience.

  • Excellent multi-tasking skills to receive information and requests via multiple media methods.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills – ability to manage time and multi-task.

  • Customer service focus – understand the need, solve problems, and respond efficiently.
Preferences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; ability to navigate internal software programs will be needed after hire.
  • Forklift certification a plus, but not required.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

This position is based in Aurora, Colorado and may travel occasionally within the US for meetings, employee training, and other business needs (5-10%).

Pay Range

The total pay range for this role, including incentive opportunities, is $75,000 - $90,000.
