Develop software for cutting‑edge satellite ground systems and space network ground segments that support users worldwide. Your work will directly impact the operation of new state‑of‑the‑art satellites performing intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance missions for multiple customers.
What You Will LearnGain experience with the full software lifecycle, including design, development, test, delivery, and maintenance. Work with multi‑tiered architectures, Amazon Web Services, geospatial visualization tools, digital engineering, and automation frameworks in a modern Dev Sec Ops , Agile environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and ≥2years of relevant experience.
- Strong coding ability using Java, C/C++, or similar languages.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with satellite ground‑system software (mission management, planning and scheduling, command and telemetry, satellite operations, or flight‑dynamics models) is required.
- Proficiency in object‑oriented design.
- Understanding of software engineering processes and best practices.
- Active U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance (or TS/SCI‑eligible Top Secret clearance) required before starting.
- AWS development and cloud architecture (EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM).
- CI/CD pipeline development (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI).
- Containerization and modernization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
- Scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Power Shell).
