Senior Mission Management Scrum Master; Onsite

• Work closely with IPT Leadership, Product Owner, and other Scrum Masters to de-conflict IPT Development priorities and resolve cross-IPT issues.
• Lead sprint and increment planning and facilitate cross-team and cross-discipline coordination and communication.
• Help plan development increments and software builds in support of the program plan.
• Design and develop software on a part-time basis when not performing scrum master duties.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.

A breadth of advanced software technologies and techniques including multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, microservice software design, modern Dev Sec Ops  and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices, software lifecycle practices for large-scale defense projects, and satellite ground system technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with Agile metrics such as backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.
• Software development experience using Java, C/C++, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with software engineering processes and best practices.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design.
• Experience guiding Agile teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver high quality software.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Dev Ops, Continuous Integration, Continuous Development, and automated testing.
• Experience with one or more areas of satellite ground system software such as mission management, planning and scheduling, command and telemetry, satellite operations, or flight dynamics models.

• Salary range: 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
