Physical Security Officer/Access Control
Input security badge updates in the local badging system as each user request has been approved by the local data center access control process.
Conduct data entry, where applicable, to give access to all approved data center access request.
Adhere to the practices and processes identified for the site.
Maintain an audit for all granted accesses to the data center.
Compare the respective audit log against electronic badge system logs for completeness and anomaly resolution.
Act as the point of contact for data center access control during normal business hours as defined by the respective site.
Approve access to data centers as defined by published guidance.
Assist in the development and coordination of Data Center access training.
Coordinate confirmation of data center management and access training.
Report any failures to follow procedures or unauthorized access to the DCMT.
Collect and report site data center metrics to include tracking of data center visitors and approval/denial of entrance.
Draft and update Standard Operation Procedures manuals/guides for data center access management.
Assist other team members in various data center management tasks as determined by the program site lead.
Detail-oriented.
Display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing assignments in a timely manner.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED- Required Experience:
2+ years of related experience - Required Technical
Skills:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications - Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly

Ability to work within a customer-oriented environment and provide quality service, participate productively as a contributing member in a team environment, and communicate effectively using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience - Preferred
