Systems Administrator with Security Clearance

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team in Aurora, Colorado. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.

* Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.

* Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

* Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.

* Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.

* Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.

* Configure and manage Linux and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems, install/loads operating system software, troubleshoot.

* Maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in technical discipline; an additional 5 years of systems administration experience might be substituted for a degree.

* 15+ years' experience as a Systems Administrator or in related IT roles.

* Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

* Familiarity with Windows.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with cloud infrastructure administration, preferably AWS. Clearance Requirements:
* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

* Needs to be able to provide hardware transferring support.

* Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
