Process Simulation Twin & Optimization Engineer

Aramco is seeking a Process Simulation Twin & Optimization Engineer to build and optimize digital twins for its retail operations. In this role, you will design advanced simulation models of fulfillment centers, logistics flows, and key retail processes, using data analytics, optimization, and AI to drive measurable performance improvements. You will partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to test scenarios, reduce bottlenecks, and improve reliability and customer experience in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain process simulation twins for retail operations and supply chain
• Analyze operational data to calibrate, validate, and improve simulation models
• Run optimization scenarios to enhance efficiency, cost, and customer experience
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to translate needs into models
• Deploy, monitor, and refine models in production environments
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations
• Document models, assumptions, and methodologies for reuse and auditability
• Support experimentation and A/B tests using model-based insights
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in a cloud environment
• Stay current with advances in simulation, optimization, and AI techniques
