ICR has opportunities available for experienced and motivated Cyber Analysts.

• Analyze network nodes, personas, and organizations.
• Perform discovery, vulnerability analysis, and target technology analysis of digital networks and mobile communications.
• Identify, define, and exploit target communications within global networks.
• Develop physical, logical, and persona driven network maps.
• Document and communicate technical discovery results effectively to technical and non-technical user groups.

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SSBI.
• Knowledge of network protocols.
• Understanding of WAN and LAN architectures.
• Minimum three (3) years of SIGINT experience specializing in DNI
• Experience mapping network infrastructures.
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good organization, decision making, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of self‑initiative and self‑motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively in small team settings to solve complex problems

• Experience utilizing DNI tools.
• Ability to accurately read or proficiently program in C++ or Python.
• Experience with embedded systems.
• Experience with Wireshark
• Familiarity with intelligence collection systems.
• Five (5) years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Networking, Cyber Operations, or Computer Science

Salary Range: $78,853 - $243,589
