Hello, Bilingual School Counselors! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Bilingual School Counselor to support students in a Spanish/English dual language immersion school setting in Aurora, CO. In this role, you'll support students’ academic, social‑emotional, and behavioral success while fostering an inclusive environment that values bilingualism, cultural connections, and student well‑being. You'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to provide meaningful counseling services and support student growth.

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students in a bilingual learning environment
• Support students’ social‑emotional development, academic success, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to develop student‑centered interventions
• Participate in student support team meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
• Assist students with conflict resolution, self-advocacy, coping skills, and goal-setting
• Conduct risk assessments and support crisis intervention when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive dual language school community

• Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling, or a related field
• Valid Colorado CDE School Counselor License (or ability to obtain by start date)
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship‑building skills
• Passion for supporting bilingual learners and student success
• School‑based experience preferred, but not required
