Order Management And Customer Operations Specialist

Manage complex order management and customer operations processes end-to-end, ensuring high service levels, data accuracy, and operational excellence. Act as a key point of coordination across internal stakeholders to deliver reliable supply and enhance customer experience, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing affiliate orders from creation to invoicing, including coordination of supply and demand processes.
  • Maintaining and updating customer, pricing, and master data accurately in SAP.
  • Coordinating material (Finished Goods) and vendor master data, including rebates and agent commissions.
  • Collaborating with Logistics and cross-functional teams to ensure export requirements and service levels are met.
  • Executing daily operations, ensuring strong service performance and fast issue resolution.
  • Supporting resolution of credit blocks, invoice disputes, and stock issues while monitoring service KPIs.
  • Maximizing service levels by applying out-of-stock (OOS) rules and resolving short-term supply constraints.

Required experience includes:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or Sales Operations.
  • Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and customer service operations.
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce Service Cloud or similar).
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to take ownership and make decisions in complex situations.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
