Essential Duties- Demand Planning Process Governance: Prepare and facilitate Demand Planning forums (Country/Regional Demand Reviews, feeding into S&OP Roll Up reviews); maintain governance, calendar, standards, and decision frameworks; ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and executive materials; track and drive closure of executive decisions and actions.
- Integration & Alignment: Ensure demand plans are transmitted to Supply Planning on time; collaborate with Regional and Global Demand Planning to reflect key assumptions, risks, and opportunities; align with Supply Planning, Operations, and Finance on constraints and trade-offs; coordinate scenario planning with regional and supply planning.
- Performance Management: Own core Demand KPIs (forecast accuracy, forecast value add, bias); manage Demand developments or enhancements in Gains and Power BI; support root-cause analysis and corrective actions; ensure data integrity across planning systems and reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve Demand Planning maturity, analytics, and ways of working; support process and system enhancements and standardization; coach Regional Demand Planners to align with best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering, or equivalent experience acceptable to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience; experience with S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Integrated Business Planning.
- Skills: Strong S&OP knowledge, advanced analytics, planning systems expertise, and executive communication skills; experience working in a global environment; proficiency with relevant PC software; excellent verbal and written communication.
Lakewood, Colorado – Open to candidates willing to relocate to the area.

Target Pay Range: $ – $. Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and market data.
Target Bonus on Base: 10.0%
