Dispatcher, Supply Chain​/Logistics

SWAN Denver is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily HVAC and plumbing service calls across the Denver metro area. In this role, you'll schedule and dispatch technicians, balance urgent and routine jobs, and keep customers informed with clear, professional communication. Using dispatch and CRM software, you'll build routes, update work orders, and track job status to ensure on-time arrivals and efficient workflows.

You'll collaborate closely with our customer-focused service and field teams, supporting a culture of integrity, respect in customers' homes, and reliable, high-quality work on every call.
