Raw Materials Supplier Relationship Manager, Level II​/III

• Oversee supplier performance and foster strong relationships with key suppliers
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against agreed-upon metrics to ensure quality and service standards
• Address and resolve supplier conflicts and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies
• Conduct internal communication and presentations up to and including executive-level reviews regarding supplier relationship strategy, performance, and issue resolution
• Lead or manage supplier and supply chain projects from initiation to close
• Monitor supplier risk and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Analyze supplier and supply chain data and create relevant visualizations and insights
• Establish performance standards and measurements and deliver on value propositions

• Supply Chain Degree, similar Business related degree, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain, or related experience with metals, machining and raw materials related commodities
• Experience in driving supply chain and supplier projects and key initiatives
• Ability to build strong relationships with peers and partnerships with external stakeholders leveraging positive negotiation skills to drive cross-functional continuous projects
• Ability to handle many conflicting priorities while being flexible, enthusiastic self-starter
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient in Project Management
• Experience in supply chain analysis facilitating supply chain projects direction and overall success

Demonstrates expertise in supplier performance management, strategic sourcing, and supply chain analysis, with a strong focus on relationship building and project management. Proficient in data analysis and risk mitigation strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
