Project Manager – Mission Critical

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex mission-critical and offsite modular projects from commercial turnover through completion and warranty. This role will have responsibility for overall project execution and financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, subcontracting, engineering coordination, change management, billing, and closeout
.

• Manage assigned mission-critical/modular projects from initial turnover through final completion and warranty.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, subcontractors, customers, and other stakeholders
  .
• Own overall project financial performance, including budgets, cost control, forecasting, labor productivity, billing, and cash position
  .
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones, budgets, and customer commitments are achieved.
• Manage contracts, subcontract agreements, buyout, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate material and equipment purchasing to support project schedules and budget requirements.
• Manage submittals, documentation, permits, project meetings, invoicing, and project closeout
  .
• Review and process subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Identify, price, negotiate, and manage change conditions and change orders
  .
• Prepare and submit monthly project valuations, progress billings, and retention receivables.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, owners, engineers, designers, supervisors, trades, and internal teams.
• Proactively identify project risks and resolve scheduling, cost, engineering, manufacturing, and execution challenges.

• 10+ years of relevant project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and specialized experience.
• Experience managing projects with significant financial and fiscal responsibility
  .
• Experience with offsite manufacturing or modular solutions strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, scheduling, procurement, subcontracting, and contract administration
  .
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering and manufacturing environments
  .
• Strong customer relationship, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and manage complex projects with limited supervision.
• Experience developing project objectives, requirements, standards, and execution plans.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn Six Sigma processes
  .
• College/university degree preferred, or equivalent combination of skills and relevant experience.
