Overview
Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians are needed for Affinity Living Communities in Colorado.
Responsibilities- Maintenance Technicians: carry out daily maintenance needs of the community while building rapport with residents and team members.
- Maintenance Supervisors: ensure the community is in good working condition and meets company standards while leading the on-site maintenance team. This role oversees daily repairs, service requests, unit turns, and preventive maintenance; build strong, positive relationships with residents, the on-site team, and the regional team.
Affinity Living Communities in Colorado:
Affinity at Fort Collins, Affinity at Lafayette, Affinity at Loveland, Affinity at Copperleaf (Aurora).
- Must be a team player who takes a “we over me” approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.
- Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in property, facility, hotel maintenance, or other relevant industries.
- Excellent communication skills; proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, property management software (e.g., Yardi, On-Site), and CRM solutions.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.
- Base pay:
Maintenance Technicians $24-$26 per hour (DOE);
Maintenance Supervisors $30-$31 per hour (DOE). - Quarterly bonus incentive.
