Aurora Cooperative is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operations Support person to join our team at our main office in Aurora, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of general facility maintenance tasks, ensuring the upkeep and smooth operation of our facilities.

• Perform general facility maintenance tasks
• Mow and maintain landscape area
• Operator the car wash facilities as needed
• Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) duties
• Handle snow removal during the winter months
• Be available for on-call times as needed
• Follow all safety procedures
• Provide additional support to other divisions within the company as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in general facility maintenance or similar role
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools
• Experience in Carwash Operation Preferred
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions
  
  Able to work some weekends and available for on-call times
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work-ethic
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Able to move/lift 25 lbs.
• A valid driver's license
