Sanitation Worker (Janitor) – 2nd Shift

• Perform mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, and vacuuming of surfaces
• Empty trash bins, clean trash area daily, operate trash compactor when applicable
• Pull pallets and clean/scrub product bays on a rotating basis
• Clean spills or breakages; determine re‑sale or disposal per food safety standards
• Clean warehouse, offices, break rooms, restrooms, and other areas
• Complete daily sanitation logs
• Use chemicals, detergents, and cleaning equipment safely
• Operate scrubber and pallet jack as required
• Identify and address cleanliness and sanitation issues
• Comply with all safety requirements and report issues promptly
• Electronically scan products using the warehouse management system
• Perform other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor

• No prior warehouse experience required (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions
• Customer service, multi‑tasking, organizational, flexible and strong time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks in non‑climate‑controlled conditions
• Willingness to work overtime and required schedule
• Full attendance essential
• Background investigation and drug screening required

• Operate in low temperatures (28°F–55°F)
• Regularly lift up to 50 lb and occasionally up to 100 lb
• Must be able to see and verbally communicate; meet vision requirements
• Entirety of job requires constant alertness and safe working practices
