Day Porter

• Base Pay $17.00 / Hour

Kleen-Tech Services, a leader in professional janitorial services, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Day Porter/General Custodian to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities. • Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, break rooms, hallways, lobbies, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and polish floors
• Dust furniture, equipment, and surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas
• Clean windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces
• Replenish restroom and facility supplies
• Set up and break down tables and chairs for meetings and events
• Replace light bulbs as needed
• Assist visitors with directions or basic questions
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management

• 6 months to 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or related experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule and willingness to assist at other locations when needed

• Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting
• Frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work around cleaning chemicals and equipment
