SummaryThe Director of Community Management is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of communities and a group of Community Association Managers. This position manages and assists in special projects and ensures success for all the Community Association Managers. Assists the Regional Manager with management functions as required. Builds and manages teams effectively. Must maintain client satisfaction and account retention.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with the association's Board of Directors and internal departments to adhere to the introduction and integration of new programs, services, and initiatives. Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, that Board expectations are met, and assist with prompt response and resolution to questions/problems.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing their budget and P&L for the assigned team.
- Responsible for overall group performance relating to client satisfaction and account retention.
- Participates in the hiring process, management, and training. Follows all Human Resources policies.
- Attends one board meeting per year for each account of managers supervised.
- Monitors and develops Team Member performance to include providing supervision, scheduling, conducting, counseling, and delivering recognition.
- Ensures Team Members have current knowledge of services, facilities, properties, events, and other information required to provide good customer service.
- Makes merit decisions within budget or in accordance with established guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of contracts between the association, vendors, and Keystone Pacific. Ensure all contractual obligations are being met. Monitor vendor contracts regularly.
- Act as the primary liaison with homeowners. Provide information and resources needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Conducts on-site inspections as required contractually. Identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans to improve the property.
- Lead change management activities that are needed to support organizational development and new technology initiatives.
- Support the sales and growth goals for the region through developing leads and supporting and/or delivering sales presentations to potential clients.

- Any additional job duties as required by the supervisor.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean MVR.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive.

- Able to pass a background check.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business desired.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Community Manager.
- Supervisory experience is strongly desired.
- Must maintain/possess CMCA.
- Must possess/be in pursuit of PCAM.
