Pay or shift range: $60,000 USD to $70,000 USD

The salary range is based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, certifications and geographic location.

The Warehouse Shipping Supervisor | 2nd Shift is responsible for leading and controlling activities of branch warehouse personnel assigned to the Shipping Department. Ensures order selection and related shipping functions are performed in an effective manner. Monitors work processes and environmental conditions to ensure the safety of all employees.

• Supervises team members in the timely and accurate assembly of customer orders in preparation for shipment
• Provides a professional environment with fellow team members, other department members and external customers
• Directs the necessary daily activities to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Organizes and focuses on improved productivity levels by improving processes and the efficiencies of department team members
• Ensures company policies are communicated, applied and enforced (operational, safety, administrative, etc.)
• Maximizes quality and productivity by understanding the expectations of the company and assisting the Warehouse Manager in evaluating performance variances to identify root cause and corrective action

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years prior experience as a warehouse supervisor required
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask
• Possess excellent judgment and decision‑making skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient using the AS400
• Possess strong PC skills in Word and Excel
• Capacity to effectively plan workload and staff assignments
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000. Annual bonus potential is 10% at target.
