We are seeking a Project Manager for our Colorado office. As a Project Manager, you will lead major capital projects incorporating ICR stakeholders and standards to ensure project plans, construction, and commissioning are completed with high quality. A candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to work independently, and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scope of work from concept to complete buildout.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk management plans, and status reports.
- Monitor, evaluate, and manage performance of professional and construction contract services.
- Serve as primary point of contact between the ICR, contractor, consultants and stakeholders.
- Manage the design and construction phases of the projects, ensuring alignment with local regulations, codes, and ICR standards.
- Review and approve design plans, specifications and contract documents through established processes.
- Resolve complex project issues independently.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, expenditure tracking, and financial reporting.
- Manage procurement processes for hiring contractors, architects, engineers and other consultants.
- Monitor contract performance and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ability to transfer/obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility – U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Drug screening required as part of the hiring process.
- Periodic travel to different ICR facilities may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, interior design, or other related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant responsible experience as a project manager.
- Proven history of successful delivery of projects on‑time and within budget.
- Understanding of building codes and zoning regulations.
- Knowledge of current principles and practices applicable to facilities and construction projects.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Windows-based programs such as Word and Excel.
- Experience with field‑specific software such as Bluebeam and Procore.
$100,000 - $135,000
