Job Overview
Our Service Managers play a key leadership role in local Terminix branches, leading and motivating Pest Technician teams to deliver outstanding service.
Day in the LifeEvery day teams visit residential customers across the country. The Service Manager ensures effective team functioning, efficient scheduling, high customer satisfaction, and compliance.
Responsibilities- Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded.
- Respond to customer concerns, including cancellations.
- Inspect and evaluate performance of Pest Technicians.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products.
- Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams.
- Associate’s degree (four‑year degree desirable).
- Valid driver’s license.
- 1–2 years related experience helpful but not required.
- Willingness to relocate highly desirable.
- Effective leadership and motivation skills.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentations).
- Problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and employees.
- Detail oriented with safety focus.
- Aptitude for basic/intermediate math.
- Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
- Comprehensive training and licensure paid by company.

Yearly: $57,000.00 – $92,000.00 (varies by location, skills, education, experience).
