Annual Salary: $122,000-$133,000

We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager who can combine strategic leadership with operational execution. This individual will oversee company operations, develop leaders, improve processes, and help ensure every department works together to achieve outstanding customer service and profitable growth.
What You'll DoAs General Manager, you'll serve as the operational leader for the organization by:
- Directing daily company operations
- Leading department managers and developing future leaders
- Creating accountability through measurable performance goals
- Monitoring company financial performance and operational KPIs
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Working closely with ownership on strategic planning and business initiatives
