Machine Operator

Role Purpose

The Machine Operator safely operates assigned machines to produce parts according to released work orders and SMART BYLDPro workflows.

• Operate assigned machine per standard work
• Execute work orders using BYLDPortal
• Monitor machine performance and alarms
• Perform basic L1 troubleshooting
• Escalate issues to Machine Lead or Maintenance
• Perform in-process quality checks
• Perform heavy lifting (two-person lifts up to 50 lbs each)

• Machine programming
• Maintenance repairs beyond L1
• Quality disposition decisions

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read English and follow instructions
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Must be able to use and read a tape measure

• Pay rate (commensurate with experience): $24/hour - $30/hour
