Material Handler

Overview

The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 hourly. The deadline to submit applications is February 16, 2026. However, the application period is subject to potential extensions or closure at any time without prior notice, especially once a sufficient pool of qualified applicants has been obtained.

• Load, unload, move, stock, pull, and label material
• Prepare materials for use in production or for shipment to external customers
• Count, weigh, and record all transactions
• Perform required computer and or scanner transactions
• Operate pallet jack, and/or equipment as trained and required

• Ability to receive feedback and follow instructions
• Ability to problem-solve effectively for frequent and common issues
• Ability to meet/exceed daily rate set out for material movement
• Ability to support 95% or greater for on-time delivery of set carts
• Ability to evaluate processes and procedures for effective output; participate in Continuous Improvement events
• Operate and drive machinery

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands
• Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required
• May be required to operate machinery all day
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles
• The noise level in the work environment is usually high; proper protective equipment is required
