Job Description- Set up and operate CNC machines for precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspect in‑process and finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machining issues in collaboration with your team
- Follow QMS processes, procedures, and work instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area
- Set up and run advanced 4‑ and 5‑axis CNC mills
- Machine tight‑tolerance, complex aerospace components
- Interpret part programs, blueprints, and 3D CAD/CAM output using GD&T
- Perform tool selection, in‑process inspections, and adaptive machining adjustments
- Work closely with engineering and quality teams to meet AS9100 and customer requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, Lathe Machinist, or 5‑Axis Machinist
- Strong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and precision measurement
- High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Experience with Kitamura machines
- Experience with Integrex or Quikturn CNC lathes
- 5‑Axis machining experience

Choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle:
- 4x10 Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 3x12 Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheat Ridge, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
