Pay: $35.50 per hour (Non‑negotiable)

We’re searching for a skilled Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to help keep our next‑generation technology running at peak performance.
About the RoleIn this role, you’ll support our Operations Maintenance team by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing highly automated robotic and material handling equipment. You’ll work hands‑on with sophisticated packaging, conveyor, and distribution technologies—and you’ll have opportunities to mentor developing technicians as they expand their technical skill sets.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose, repair, and maintain material handling and pneumatic systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, and restore automated and robotic packaging and distribution equipment.
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to their continued technical development.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- At least 2 years repairing material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or mechanical/controls equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with maintenance management and preventive maintenance planning.
- Working knowledge of conveyor systems, automation, and controls.
- Ability to analyze operational data and support project‑based improvements.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and CMMS platforms.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience in risk management and overseeing maintenance workflows.

This is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58,760.00 - $68,432.00/yr.
