Continuous Improvement Operator – Aurora, CO. Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

• Responsible to set, operate and adjust machines in different workstations in a process flow and/or production line
• Suggests improvements to machines, production lines and processes
• Initiates and takes part in improvement projects throughout the facility
• Collaborates with team members to troubleshoot and resolve process related issues
• Ensures efficient production, including output target, zero defect, maximum yield

• High school diploma/GED required;
  Secondary degree in manufacturing, mechanical engineering or a related field a plus
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment operating and maintaining production machinery
• Experience conducting 5S, kaizen events
• Strong oral and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the site

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Rate: $33.50 per hour
