Compensation
Pay: $35.50/hr (fixed rate)
Schedule: Full schedule flexibility required—shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Position Overview: As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the reliability and performance of advanced automation assets across the operation. You’ll work hands‑ with robotic systems, packaging machinery, and conveyor technologies, ensuring maximum uptime through expert troubleshooting, repairs, and ongoing optimization. You’ll also support the development of junior technicians through on‑the‑job guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on material handling and pneumatic equipment
- Install, troubleshoot, and restore automated packaging, robotic, and distribution systems
- Mentor and support less‑experienced technicians as they build proficiency
- Interpret performance data to improve system reliability and efficiency
- Participate in preventive maintenance planning and workflow coordination
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or automation maintenance
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and execution
- Hands‑on experience with conveyors, automation systems, and control components
- Ability to read and apply operational data for system improvements
- Understanding of Six Sigma concepts and experience using CMMS software
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Knowledge of safety practices, risk mitigation, and maintenance workflow processes

This is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58,760.00 - $68,432.00/yr.
