Now Hiring! Skilled Assemblers in Westminster, CO

  • First Shift: 6 AM-2:30 PM Mon-Fri
  • Pay Range: $22-$26/hour (DOE)

Join our team as an Assembler at a growing Aviation Production Facility in Westminster where you will work hands‑on with motors, blowers, evaporators, condensers, and wiring assemblies. In this role, you’ll ensure work order accuracy, verify parts, assemble products according to engineering drawings, and perform in‑process inspections. You will also troubleshoot issues, maintain high‑quality standards, and support a clean and safe manufacturing environment.

Primary

Responsibilities
  • Assemble motors, blowers, evaporators, condensers, and wiring assemblies according to drawings and procedures.
  • Ensure correct work order usage and accurately track clocked labor time.
  • Verify warehouse parts for correct quantity and report discrepancies to management.
  • Compare drawing revisions with the Bill of Material (BOM) to ensure accuracy.
  • Use calibrated tools and equipment correctly and safely.
  • Operate equipment such as die cutters, drill presses, lathes, mills, and sanders.
Quality & Inspection
  • Perform in‑process inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Troubleshoot issues during assembly and escalate complex problems as needed.
  • Rework products when required, following established procedures.
  • Conduct tests and record results according to test procedures.
  • Sign off on assembly and testing operations to ensure proper production tracking.
  • Perform foreign object detection (FOD) activities to reduce risks.
Safety & Workplace Standards
  • Comply with all safety rules and procedures.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
  • Report safety, quality, and delivery cost concerns to management.
Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with management to develop and maintain personal development plans.
  • Identify and report process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
Essential Skills
  • Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Understanding of assembly processes and component installation through blueprint guidance.

Pay and Benefits
