Welder

Pay Range: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Perform GMAW (MIG), Pulse Spray Arc, and limited TIG welding as required.
• Build prototypes using engineering drawings without the use of specialized fixturing.
• Ensure the highest quality of parts by checking first and last work pieces and periodically verifying accuracy against work orders and blueprints.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
• Carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form while working effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

• At least 3 years of related welding experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school graduate preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong technical skills in MIG and TIG welding, with the ability to pass a weld test.
• Proficiency in basic math, including multiplication, division, and trigonometry.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work comfortably in a manufacturing environment.
