TIG Welder

Key Responsibilities- Perform TIG welding on structural, mechanical, and custom‑fabricated components
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
- Weld components used in industrial systems such as conveyors, structural assemblies, and equipment frames
- Ensure all welds meet quality, safety, and project specifications
- Grind, clean, and finish welds to meet production and inspection standards
- Assist with fit‑up, layout, and assembly of fabricated components
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup for each job
- Follow strict safety protocols in a production and construction environment
- Collaborate with fabrication, installation, and engineering teams to meet deadlines
- TIG welding experience required (industrial or fabrication environment strongly preferred)
- Ability to read and work from complex technical drawings
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and/or structural metals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Familiarity with a production or heavy industrial environment is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Industrial shop setting supporting large‑scale fabrication and system builds
- Team‑oriented environment with a strong emphasis on safety and quality
- Opportunity to work on complex, high‑impact industrial projects
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.
