• Perform TIG welding on structural, mechanical, and custom‑fabricated components
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Weld components used in industrial systems such as conveyors, structural assemblies, and equipment frames
• Ensure all welds meet quality, safety, and project specifications
• Grind, clean, and finish welds to meet production and inspection standards
• Assist with fit‑up, layout, and assembly of fabricated components
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper setup for each job
• Follow strict safety protocols in a production and construction environment
• Collaborate with fabrication, installation, and engineering teams to meet deadlines

• TIG welding experience required (industrial or fabrication environment strongly preferred)
• Ability to read and work from complex technical drawings
• Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and/or structural metals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Familiarity with a production or heavy industrial environment is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Industrial shop setting supporting large‑scale fabrication and system builds
• Team‑oriented environment with a strong emphasis on safety and quality

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay: $20–$26/hour (DOE)
