Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support operations at a brand-new, high‑tech fulfillment facility in Aurora, CO. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of automated systems and industrial equipment in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Mechatronics & Robotics)

Pay: $32.50/hour - $35/hr

Location: Aurora, CO

Seeking experienced technicians to support a new, highly automated facility. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing material handling equipment, conveyor systems, and advanced automation technology.

• Troubleshoot and repair material handling and conveyor systems
• Maintain and install automated packaging equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance using CMMS
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
• Support and mentor junior technicians

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2+ years working with MHE, conveyors, or similar equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

• Automation and control systems
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Robotics and conveyor maintenance
• CMMS and preventive maintenance experience

• Multiple shifts available
• 10–12 hour shifts, typically 4 days on / 3 days off

• Active role requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 lbs

Permanent position based out of Aurora, CO.

The pay range for this position is $58,760 - $68,432 per year. The company offers competitive compensation packages including comprehensive healthcare benefits starting on Day 1, a matching 401(k) program, and up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave. Lightweight fire‑resistant daily wear and composite toe safety shoes are provided for safety.
