• Understand and follow work instructions, standardized work and quality checkpoints
• Basic (SAP/EWM) knowledge to locate parts
• Basic trimming and blueprint reading skills
• Understand taping system
• Understand ISO procedures and where to locate them

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years related experience
• Familiarity with hand tools is preferred but not required; employee must demonstrate proficiency on the following tools within 90 days: hand/air screwdriver, nut driver, tape machine, adjustable wrench, cable tie gun, wire cutter/stripper/crimper, hammer, hand and air ratchet, needle nose pliers, torque wrench, torque gun, knife, scissors, tape measure, ring pliers, vice grip, vice, hand press, hose cutter, tap, banding machine, rivet gun, lift table, air chunks, air impact, stapler, foam gun, nail gun, heat gun, electric drill, and scraper
• Ability to work around heavy machinery and forklifts
• Operate and drive machinery

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands
• Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles
• The noise level in the work environment is usually high; proper protective equipment is required

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
